Food this week - 11.23.14-11.29.14

Thanksgiving week always throws the menus off a little. What's below is our more or less regular food for the week, plus the dessert I am bringing to Friendsgiving on Thursday. Next week I will share the recipes I make for my at-home Thanksgiving dinner on Friday.

Crunchy pear salad (lunch)
Bean & cheese enchiladas (dinner)
Buttermilk blueberry breakfast cake (Thanksgiving breakfast)
Caramel apple cheesecake bars (w/this caramel recipe) (Dessert for Friendsgiving)

Food this week - 11.9.14-11.15.14

I'm coming off of a severe cold, so I'm taking it easy on the cooking this week. There will be a lot of easy meals that will at times double as lunches, so I won't separate the two.

This is the food I am making this week:

Egyptian Edamame Stew
Penne w/Roasted Asparagus and Balsamic Brown butter
Flank Steak Stir Fry
Chicken Tortilla Soup
