Food this week - 8.11.13-8.17.13

I've been really horrible at updating here lately. I turned in my master's thesis this past week, so things finally feel as if they're calming down. Perhaps I will now be a bit more consistent in my posting.
Sadly, this week, many of the foods we'll be enjoying do not have recipes, but I'll share what I can...
For dinner this week, we'll be having:
Crabcakes -- no recipe, we buy them from the fish dude at the farmer's market and they are aMAHzing.
Pizza -- I use a frozen crust (Real NY Pizza Dough), this sauce, and then top with chopped spinach, artichokes, sliced tomatoes, black olives, and feta.
Lentil Soup -- weird choice for a very warm and humid summer, but I have a lot of lentils sitting in my cabinet waiting to be used.

For lunches this week we'll be having:
Romaine salad w/green and red peppers, tomatoes, black beans and corn.
Blender Gazpacho made with this bread.
Pasta salad of my own recipe -- includes roasted yellow & red peppers, broccoli and tomatoes.
Burrito salad using my own guac recipe

I think that's it for this week. I will try to be more diligent next week!
