For a variety of reasons, we have more than enough lunch foods left over from last week, so this week will be strictly dinners.
Spaghetti with this marinara sauce and my own meatball recipe which is kind of a combo of this and this.
Honey mustard glazed salmon steaks with grilled asparagus.
Vegetarian gumbo (Note, I make a LOT of changes, the recipe linked is just sort of my base.)
And just for fun this week, I'm going to try this Copycat Starbucks oatmeal for breakfast.
