Lunch Salads:

Roasted strawberry, asparagus and quinoa salad

Egyptian edamame stew

Pasta salad (own recipe)

Dinners:

Beef & Asparagus Negimaki rolls

Smoky black bean and turkey chili

Grilled portobellos from last week that we have not gotten around to making yet...
