Food this week - 4.13.14-4.19.14

This week is a little different because we'll have someone in town (dinner out!), so we won't cook as much food as normal.

Lunches
some leftover stuff from last week
Quinoa with brussels sprouts & pecans salad

Dinners
Chicken enchiladas
Pizzas (homemade of course) -- I have some spinach & feta that need to be used up, and pizza is the best way to do that!

Extras
I'll probably do a berry sorbet, maybe based a little on this.
