This past week was J's birthday, which we celebrated out and about, so this evening, we had his at-home birthday dinner.
Indeed it was an exact replica of last year's birthday dinner. He loved it so much last year, he requested it just always be his birthday dinner.
I made this lobster tail recipe, along with parmesan and garlic chili oil grilled zucchini, and corn on the cob.
The remainder of this week's food is as follows...
Dinner:
Shrimp soft tacos
Roasted tomato/basil soup & grilled cheese (it's tomato season after all, what better recipe to enjoy the "farmer's market bounty")
Shepherd's pie
Lunch:
Quinoa and apple salad with honey curry dressing
Roasted vegetable salad w/goat cheese
