Lunch/Dinner - 2.10.13-2.16.13

Things have changed around here. We've begun making only 3-4 dinners per week, and eating leftovers certain nights...AND we've begun making salads for lunches...So here are our lunches and dinners this week...

Chicken tortilla soup

Broiled salmon with herbed mustard glaze (and this spinach as a side)

Chipotle bean burritos

Quinoa and Apple salad w/honey curry dressing

Corn, avocado and tomato salad

Hummus

Tomato salsa, loosely based on this.
