This week is a little different because of the holiday.
Today we still have a recipe from last week to finish. (It's the chicken. I forgot to thaw it.)
The remainder of the week will be vegetarian meals until Thanksgiving. After Thanksgiving, we'll likely be heating leftovers in a variety of ways.
